I was ashamed to let this spider walk on my old wallpaper.
Textured wallpaper is like dried vomit on your wall, and this spider had to walk on it. I was really embarrassed, but the spider was polite enough not to mention it.
This picture is about 2 years and 2 months old.
I am so sick of unnecessary safety features. Especially when it comes to tools; if I didn’t want to do something dangerous, I wouldn’t be using sharp, heavy, or powered tools.
Here’s how to remove the “safety” on a Husky Folding Lock-back Utility Knife.
Body work is just that. Here are pictures of some of the work I had to do on my car (with an experienced helping hand and garage space generously provided). The whole process took 5 or 6 weekends.
Here’s a feature I’d like to see on a cell phone. I want a button that lets you hang up on someone with a pre-recorded message, instead of sending them to your voicemail.
This might get used in some ex-friend “stop calling me!” kind of way, but I envision it being useful for telling people “hold on… once I’m done talking to my boss I’ll call you right back”. Basically, being able to acknowledge their call without answering.
Here are some pictures of a mother spider protecting her eggs. Or maybe she is going to eat them herself, and is fending off my pen?
It turned out that trying to wrangle the spider, pen, and camera in low light was just too much for me, so this shot is blurry. But it does give you some sense of scale.
