Dyson didn’t make a cheap adapter that would allow their new floor attachments to fit on my old vacuum… so I made my own out of moldable plastic.
The donor part was a cheap knock-off of the Dyson crevice tool, which cost about $2.
To make everything hold together, I drilled 2 holes in the crevice tool, then pressed plastic through the hole and around the rough edge. Next, I fit the plastic around the neck of the tool. Once those were ready, I just heated both ends and stuck them together.
